Led by current Ridgefield High School girls varsity coach, Michelle Ralph, this year we will unveil our Lady Navigator program. For girls in grades 5th-8th, this will be an amazing opportunity to compete in this blossoming nationwide sport. There will be two teams per age group.

25-year veteran lacrosse player and coach and current assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Rollins College, Ralph Rossi, Jr. (RJ) proudly announces the expansion of the area’s best lacrosse camps into southwest Connecticut. Navigator Lax camps feature full-time, professional and experienced staff which provides thorough lacrosse development as well as healthy summer fun for boys and girls of all ages.

Tournament Team Facts
Born ten years ago, Coach Rossi started an innovative lacrosse program called the "North County Navigators." His objective? To introduce and teach the game of lacrosse to players at a young age. As these players progressed in their skills and strategic play, the goal of producing an elite, tight-knit team came to fruition. The success of the Navigators has been built on dedication, longevity and team work.
